He then founded Everest Consulting Group and worked with clients throughout the US, Mexico, and Canada in the area of operations management and process improvement. After seven years of consulting and travel, he wanted to be home more often with his wife and kids, so he sold the Everest Consulting Group and started as a real estate broker at RE/MAX.
